At Kongs Cards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
